I have been a customer at your store for many years. I find the service and attention from your staff excellent - from purchasing paint and all hardware items to the wonderful, helpful ladies at the registers, especially Carrina. Being an avid gardener I'd like to make special mention to Tarn in the garden department. It is obvious that Tarn loves her work and is passionate about what she does. Her horticultural expertise is outstanding as is her professionalism and knowledge of the local flora and conditions they will perform well in. I have followed her advice and purchased plants that not only thrived but have blossomed so well that visitors to my place have been "gob-smacked!" I proudly have taken photographs of such plants to show Tarn the results of her recommendations. Tarn goes above and beyond to ensure excellence in her advice and service. She has gone to great lengths to order plants I have requested and also informs me when those plants are available. Such is Tarn's unwavering commitment for total satisfaction on behalf of the customer.

Terrible service - except the legends in painting section. Have to wait for young staff to finish their conversations before being served. These guys have had a monopoly for too long and it really shows. Bit resentful of handing my money over to people that treat you like a pain in the arse. Roll on Bunnings and don't employ the hudson counter staff.

Great hardware store. The staff are really helpful and you can always get what you need.

Have been going here for years and always found it easy to get professional advice. Customer service is great! It's easy to drive and load up materials. I value the non-supermarket feel of the business which adds value to the store. Great job folks!

I ordered some doors via telephone, which were going to take just a couple of days.
When I called four days later, no-one could find order. After three frustrating telephone calls I gave up.
This mistake by Bunnings meant that we spent over $1,700.00 elsewhere.

Can they really afford this loss of revenue due to bad servicability.?

Some staff members very curtious however lady at the register one of the most arrogrant customer service people I have ever come across. Any other hardware in Goulburn next time.

Staff were very helpful to a complete novice. Price was right for what I was after. All round good experience.

Staff very helpful and nice. Purchased a few doors and helped fit inside car. Priced competitively. Another occasion did a special order door and price was way better than anyone else. Keep doing what your doing.

By far worst customer service I have encountered. Old overweight man behind the counter made out I was an idiot for not knowing where the wrathertex display was, when I asked. (Out the front when I parked out the back) handed me the brochure, told me to go home and read it. I told him I have a sample in the car and showed him which one I needed. He still refused to order or sell it to me. I said right went to leave and said maybe wrathertex should have told you where the display was to save your embarrassment. I certainly was not embarrassed but he certainly should have. Anyway nhs is supplying the cladding for my entire house, eave sheets, fascia boards and fixings. I can't recommend NHS's service enough. Hudson's I really wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
