Hugs For Brides (Permanently Closed)

A very poor and damaging experience with Hugs for Brides which costed me a significant amount of dollars to repair a wedding dress Wendy and her seamstress destroyed. Do not use Wendy or Hugs for Brides to alter you wedding dress, they are not seamstresses and should not be allowed to touch a bridal gown. I doubt they could hem a skirt let alone a bridal gown. Buyer beware!!

Getting married is wonderful. It's also stressful. The best thing I did for myself was to get my dress from Hugs for Brides. I got the perfect dress, perfect not just because I feel tingles of excitement when I imagine myself wearing it down the aisle, but because I bought it from the right people. Wendy and her team are kind, friendly, honest and most importantly, they genuinely have your best interests at heart. You can tell they're passionate about their job - something that money can't buy. They'll take you under their wing and tell you if something isn't right even if you can't tell. They have a wealth of experience and they'll generously share it with you. They'll bravely tell you if the dress isn't right for you (they'll tell you kindly - don't worry!) They'll tell you if more alterations are needed (even if you can't tell) despite the fact that it causes them more trouble. And even though they must have had a thousand brides-to-be walk through their door, they'll make you feel as if you are their only customer, and that your day is as special to them as it is to you. You can trust Hugs for Brides to dress you for what might be the most important and special day of your life.

I felt quite emotional purchasing my dress from Hugs for Brides. It felt like buying from an old friend. I cannot recommend Hugs for Brides enough. By the way, the hugs you get are amazing.

Had a wonderful and warming experience, Wendy was an absolute gem and found the perfect dress for me. She made me feel very comfortable and I'm very excited. She selected the best dresses that would fit my body shape, she was honest and gave the best advice. I would highly recommend Hugs for Brides. It was a wonderful day, At the end i got a big hug and my dream dress � what else could a bride ask for?

Hugs For Brides where to begin it was the most amazing experience I showed up and was scared out of my mind but as soon as I walked in the door Wendy made me feel like family and got me laughing which made me feel so comfortable and at home.
Wendy got me to try on the wedding dresses I tried on 3 dresses and on the the 3rd dress I fell in love she was so professional, helpful, funny and is very passionate about what she does and this is what makes it such a memorable experience.
