Human Resource for Development Alliance (HRDA) is an Australian-based company providing consulting services and expertise in Human Resources for Health (HRH) to the Asia Pacific region. Working with a range of partners and associates, HRDA aims to bring the right skills, experience and knowledge to inform and design strategic health workforce planning solutions in the Asia Pacific. In time, we hope to fill the leadership gap that in other regions of the world is occupied by a HRH Observatory. HRDA is able to provide high level advice and training programmes on leadership and policy development for the health sector. HRDA Directors and Senior Associates are experienced academic leaders and health professions' educators, programme managers and service providers. With expertise in workforce planning, assessing health workforce needs, designing and developing interventions to build human capital potential, as well as evaluating interventions, HRDA is well-placed to respond to and assist developing countries with health workforce advice suited to their identified and emerging needs. HRDA offers expertise and knowledge in health professions training and research and provides access to systems to support the work of health workforce planners and senior health systems managers.
