Pet Nutritionist + ocean dweller 🌙

HUNDE is Clare Kearney and Tex Perkins. Clare is a pet nutritionist + writer, specialising in canine and feline nutrition. She likes the ocean, words + lots of honey in her tea. Tex is a kelpie. He loves baths and hates electropop.

The primary purpose of HUNDE is to provide education to those wishing to improve their pet’s lives through nutrition and fresh foods. Clare strives to cut out the overwhelm of preparing a homemade diet for your pet, and through the many layers of bullshit surrounding it.

Clare studied communications at the University of Melbourne (twice) and small animal nutrition at the Holistic Animal Therapy Organisation. She believes nutrition fundamentally underpins our health and that without fresh, healthy foods we can’t possibly be at our most vibrant. She sees no distinction between us and our animals in this respect.

Based on years of experience consulting with clients, Clare has developed a suite of online products that allow you to immediately start introducing fresh food to your pet’s diet, and which accomodate all levels of experience. Clare continues to provide personalised one-on-one consultations on occasion, as well as writing services and nutrition advice to other businesses.
