Haven't had Hungry Jacks in years! But coming here yesterday, I actually enjoyed every bit of my meal! It was fresh, hot......and the fries reminded me of KFC's! For $5.95......it was a bargain!

No free refills at hungry jacks is like kicking a disabled child in the knee.

Food was ice cold.Stale bun on my burger and onion rings were raw.

Staff are always friendly and nice, they get super busy but they always provide the best food and service!

Service is pretty good, and the orders are on point.

I'm here on sunday its 8.54am staff are visible but not open..

A decent place to grab a quick meal. Prices are not too high but they charge for extra sauces and do not have ketchup. An alternative to McDonnald's.

Don't wish to be too hyper-critical or negative as I prefer Hungry jacks to Maccas anyday, however my Whopper with cheese burger was possibly the worst I've ever had. Beef patty tasted as if boiled not seared on hotplate, no cheese, no onion, very little sauce as a garnish and the lettuce was very sad. Service is usually pretty lousy at this store but I have persevered nonetheless..........until now.

Beautiful stuff. Wonderful food. The deals are great as well. I love this place and I recommend it to anyone.

dry burgers, greasy water, ice creams kept in a cupboard (!!!MELTED!!!) - absolutely awful on all fronts. only went bc of coupon; don't bother going yourself

Unacceptable. You gave my meal to someone else and then ignored me for 10 minutes, which is impressive considering my work uniform has florescent orange on it. Thanks for wasting most of my lunch break. I won't be back

Hungry Jacks Hornsby is an awesome place, especially with vouchers really gives good value for money!

Good food. Good service and smiling happy staff. Old but clean restaurant. All in all I enjoyed my meal and my stay.

6 year old taking my order. Forgets everything I say. Whopper? No, I said baconator.
Had to remind them about my drink which I didn't get with my order, burger was lukewarm, had a tick for no onion, yet had onion. Taste was very bland. Drink was bad, chips were flavourless and cold before they reached the table.
Very dirty, bathroom looked like it was falling apart too.

Had an Aussie burger. Patty was like the sole of a shoe. Despite being very busy, the tables were clean though, so that was good.

Very interesting. Would be better as a true truck stop restaurant rather than a hungry jacks.

Stopped here Easter Monday. The state of the place was discusting, bathrooms were really bad! Food was cold and worst we've had at HJ. Wouldn't atop here again.

Great place to stop while travelling interstate. Fast service, good food (best HJ's I've probably had in NSW) and generally clean environment. Can get quite noisey and messy in peak periods - but what fast food restaurant doesn't?

even tho they weren't fully staff and they super busy, I got my food the fastest I have ever gotten, service was great and food was great, 100% coming back

Go there on any given day and they will have run out of something. They never have enough staff. It's like head office closed the place down years ago but forgot to tell the people who work there

We were at your establishment on the 3/6/17and were served by a lovely young lady who was very easy to understand, spoke clearly and concisely, this is the first time that we have come across someone that does not speak at a hundred miles and hour and mumble.
The meal was very good too

Greasy​ food. Dirty bathrooms. MacDonald's food far better.

Chips were slightly too salty. Cheeseburgers were good. Ultimate double whopper was good, as was the Angus and cheese. Good service, and a nice outside seating area with a good view of the carpark. Service was very good. However we were not provided with tap water.

A great stop on the way home. Been stopping here for years and always been happy with the food and amenities.

Its ok But it is a fast food restuaraunt so you get the usual cold food more often than not.

Good alternative to McDonalds as the food is nicer and tastes more like actual food rather than the bland fare offered elseware. Also keep an eye out for coupons in the mail as they are good value.

Service at counter wasn't great, there certainly wasn't any urgency to serve guests at the counter. Manager (older gentleman in more formal uniform) was stuck doing fries, must have been understaffed.

Food was fresh and hot staff were friendly and the prices are excellent, great value for money

Exactly what you'd expect for a fast food place. My only complaint is that they don't do a particularly good job of dealing with special orders. I order my burgers plain, and they managed to mess that up the last time I visited. I understand that they make hundreds of orders every day, but pay attention to what's on the screen and communicate with each other to ensure your customers get what they order.

Wat a dirty horrible place ...went in early in the morning all the tables were all uncleaned from the night before the service is allways slow drive through and over the counter.also cant refill own drinks

Hj's is great food when im hungry, and im frequently hungry.

The girls were amazing and really friendly! Loved it!

My only disappointment was the muffin Eggs Benedict. An ok breakfast burger but could not get the resemblence to an Eggs Benedict.

A pretty standard Hungry Jacks. The best thing is the playground - it's simple and the kids love it.

Onions on smokey angus burger must of been cooked in morning to lazy or cost saving to cook up fresh onions asked for coke zero but got diet coke chick serving bit of a sour puss what happened to service with a smile 😆

After working all day and some of the night we arrived at 10:00pm. Daniel the manager was walking in from outside. As we approached the door I could see that we had arrived on closing time. I offered not to go in. Daniel assured us it was ok. The chip frier had to be turned back on and our late dinner was promptly made. I suggested we eat in our car so the staff could clean up, but once again was kindly assured by Daniel that we could take our time. The door was locked and all we had to do was ask one of the staff to let us out when we wanted to go. The music in the kitchen was turned up and the staff cleaned up like the proffesionals they were. Its so easy to turn somebody away at closing time after you have had a long day and want to go home. This young manager and his dedicated team are an asset to this company. The food was great. The service was impeccable. Thanks for making the end to our long day worthwhile.

Good food, drive thru is one hell of a wait though. Even when you're the only one in it.

Absolutely disgusting.. in drive through. Got handed drinks and icecreams and parked for 5 minutes.... our food was cold ALL OF IT. We were missing the nuggets, one of the burgers had no meat. Got half way through my burger to find that it was MOULDY!

Terrible. I love Hungry Jacks, but on this specific day the service was so slow and the burgers were awful. The buns were not fresh and the chips were very average.

A Smokey Angus was served completely cold.
They prepared another one and brought it out but when asking me if it was okay and if I was happy with it, was done in a sarcastic, disingenuous and patronizing way.

I was asked to touch it to make sure, which I did and agreed it was okay. After being asked five times I pointed out I had only taken one bite of it. It wasn't as if I ate half of it before returning it. It was cold I explained. She then asked twice more before I asked her to leave me to eat the burger.

The restaurant was filthy with greasy finger marks on every single surface, food all over the furniture and floor with two slippery signs out for separate spillages which had become dry so long ago they were not even sticky and had dirt stains in them.

The staff congregated in the kitchen and indulged and reveled in bravado, taking photos and showing each other things on their phones.

They clearly demonstrated they cannot work unsupervised and had no respect for their customers or jobs.

I thought it was good. I ordered an iced coffee blend and the staff offered me a taste first as some people don't like it. They didn't have to do that. They were right.

Slow drive thru but food is ok

The carpark is really poorly lit at night. The decor is nice, like a classic diner but with a huge metallic shelf in one corner, where the drinks are located, that sticks out like a sore thumb. Food is fine.

Terrible food at the best of times and way too close to the caravan park so you will see a lot of odd ones in here.

Worst costumer service, I got agressed by the assistant manager Betthany for not saying that I had coupons when ordering at the box, all she had to say is that it was common sense so she pretty much indirectly called me dumb when it was an accident and I just forgot. She never wanted to apologize for her rude attattitude and decided that I didn't deserve any food and closed her window on me so i stopped the engin and requested my order but she refused to serve me and said she'll be calling the cops. Good on you Betthany and you are a great role model to all those young workers under you as an assistant manager and of course to my 3 children who were in the car with me and witnessed everything. Thanks for your agression and disrespect, sure someone forgot to teach you about respect and thanks for pushing my button and getting me mad at you. Karma will hopefully get you back.

Fast service But tryed to add public Holliday surcharge....

I ordered a small classic angus meal with a small choc thickshake upgrade. Was deliciously lapped up. Quite surprized by size of the burger and girls behind the counter were helpful and courteous. I like the new thick chips too, better than that other food chains (fries) chips.

Really slow, take forever and no consistency in the quality of their burgers. You can order 5 of the same burger and I can guarantee you they will all taste a bit different from each other. Terrible management, need to hire more staff otherwise customers will just all disappear.

Burgers are not better at this Hungry Jacks!
Ordered a fiery angus took ages to come and then when it finally came, the bread was hard as brick and was missing most of the ingredients.

After treking it from cowpasture rd hungry jack this hungry jacks was much better good customer service and i got my food and change the way i wanted it

Took order wrong, then proceed to charge us for a different cars order. When we recieved our food it was old and we got incorrect sauce .

Typical chew & spew fast food joint. Only go there when you're hungry and they are right nearby.

Almost the worst HJ's I have been to. Very slow service with staff that look like they are forced to be there. Have had to wait 10 minutes more than once. They won't be getting any more of my money. Campbelltown Marketfair is in the same boat. Back to Maccas I go.

Hands down the worse Hungry Jacks I've ever been to. Constant mistakes, missing items and bad food.

They could improve the service. At least add a smile.

Eatin experience, terrible. Waited for food for a while, I was given the wrong burger and chips where over salted.
I have had better drive thru experience than eating in. The workers looked like they where a unorganised in getting the order correct and out on time.
I don't think I will return unless I am desperate for HJ's

I had hungry jacks this afternoon, and it was absolutely disgusting the meat was no where near cook probably there was way to much sauce on it, and the ice cream was half melted and I eat that first, and the drink didn't even taste like coke. I couldn't go back to tell them due to I was already half way home. I'm one very disappointed customer.

Excellent service & better taste burgers, affordable price. Human being may make mistakes. If anybody blames for wrong order, he should get a meal from vending machine

Absolutely disgusting. Will never go here again. They have bugs in the kitchen and I even found one deep fried into my hashbrown. Complained to management and even sent a photo and still no response. This is how they value their customers! Never again. So gross. No thanks.

Awesome service cheap prices and great food

A pretty average experience today. I placed my order at the counter asked for no tomato (twice) on my whopper and a receipt. I sat down, got the burger out and there was tomato. I spoke to the person who took my order and reiterated I asked for no tomato. Mistakes happen and she apologised. She comes back out quickly witu my burger and advises the tomato was taken off. I explained that I couldn't have tomato and wanted a new one. It was replaced and put into a new bag. I sat down to find the receipt was taken. I go back and ask for my receipt. Manager needed to reprint it so a further delay. I then ate the whopper. OMG it was bland and tasteless and it could have been cardboard. I paid extra for bacon and it was so small I actually thought they forgot it. It was also so tough it was hard to chew. The biggest issue was the food. I haven't eaten HJ's for years and this experience didn't inspire me to go back. Hours later Im still feeling ill.

Good service and for a fastfood place they've unlocked "The Food Expectations" achievment across all platforms and thats what people want from a franchise.

the two times I have been to hungry jacks in the past week my order has been wrong. The first encounter we received the wrong burger. The second we ordered three meals, we received the full three drinks but only found two burger and two cold fries inside. Honestly disappointed with the service in general as these were not the only times hungry jacks has failed us. I also wasn't given a receipt of purchase so I couldn't go back to complain.

Numerous times getting the order wrong, ended up paying for the wrong meal which equated to getting the wrong burger. Seemed like the manager had to do everything while everyone else stood around not knowing what to do. I can understand everyone has to learn but don't have them learn in peak time.

Great place for quick hunger fix.

Pretty quick service. The place was pretty empty when we arrived with only a few people ahead of us. Staff were helpful and polite and actually got oyr order right.

My food was great, burger was fresh and well presented. But what I was really impressed by was the customer service ability of the man on the front counter, Andrew. He has a great demeanour and seems to genuinely care about his customers. It made my day. to see that great customer service still exists. Thank you.

It's highly unlikely I would ever visit if not for my kids. It's always rammed, hot, and feels slightly grimy, BUT the food is always about as good as fast food gets.

The customer service is great thanks to a particular employee there (Alexa). The food is reasonable, but I recommend the shop due to the quality of the service. Thanks Alexa for cheering me up.

Typical quality of food expected from a fast-food restaurant like angry Jack's (Burger King). No good air conditioning instore however and idk why they don't just call it BK tbh.
