Hunter Barbell Club is a fully registered Olympic Weightlifting club being ran out of CrossFit Hunter based in Adamstown Heights.

The sport of Weightlifting has been an Olympic event since the inception of the modern Olympics in 1896. The strength, power and athleticism developed within the sport along with having one of the lowest injury rates of any sport in the world makes it a sport for everyone of all ages to benefit from and enjoy.
