I made an appointment, not expecting to see anything I would like and then I was introduced to the Holden Astra LS. This car ticked most of my boxes and offered more, in most cases, than the starter models of other brands in the same class. Hunter Holden offered a great deal which made a new car affordable and a most attractive finance arrangement. I don’t believe I could have done better anywhere else or been looked after and guided through the process of buying my car

It was easy, The sales manager Jai gave me a good deal. Michaela helped us with the finance and tolerated our challenges. The pick up was easy as well, they went through everything. I cant stop recommending these guys to everyone who wants to buy a car.

I love having my car serviced at Hunter Holden. They always let me know if there is something outside the regular service that requires doing. I feel they keep me well informed and have never felt like I am being taken advantage of because I don't know much about cars. I love that they wash and vacuum my car as well (it is the only time that it gets vacuumed). The staff are always friendly and helpful. Thanks

I have only a short experience with Hunters Holden in Testing the Calais and negotiating the purchase price. The person who looked after me was very obliging and friendly. He always come back with an answer if he could not provide it at first try. The rest of the staff at the Dealership were also friendly and courteous. I would recommend them to any of my friends and relatives.

The staff at Hunter Holden could not have been more helpful. They had the car ready for delivery as requested. The salesman John kept me well informed throughout the sale, making it a hassle free purchase. They even stayed back to remain open on the day of delivery as I traveled down from country NSW, ensuring that I was able to collect my car on the day. Have had a Holden Trax for a few weeks and the wife really loves it. Easy to drive and excellent power for such a small car. Really all you need for that family of 4 to zip around a busy city like Sydney

Really happy with how the blokes make sure you are happy and are more than happy to take the time to explain and provide advice for any questions you have.
I have only ever had one so so service in 4 years, but that was because i thought certain things should have been included in a schedule service (i thought schedule meant log book and it does not). However when i went in for service and brought queries they were very happy to go over it and rectify the issues.

Update: this is my second time having my car serviced. Once again they were friendly and professional. They carefully went over my car with me to give me true peace of mind. A friendly and professional service. From the online booking to not having to wait at my reservation time it was all very easy. The car was thoroughly checked and serviced. I will definitely keep having my car serviced there.

Bought Audi A3 from Ryde Prestige/Hunter Holden about 4 months back. Good quality car, no issues at all. Great experience from inquiry through to after sales customer service. Was contemplating buying a new car but thought it would be harder and then a young salesman named john exceeded all expectation in accomodating me with fantastic customer service, good banter, friendly humour and great at his job considering I drove away a brand new car the next day. I will recommend all to go to hunter Holden and will definitely keep all services through them. That boy deserves a raise !!

If you want a service or any type of friendly service on new car i recommend mercedes , audi dealer ships. If you had a great service buying a new car means your related to the people who selling it to you. They best part is got car and left for good . Enjoy your service! Buying new car ! as I was told I will be picked up by a service department team.
From the train station as I got to the train station . I was then told make your own way to the dealer ship and they just hang up the phone !. Just Wat sort of dealer ship I got my self into !!

After $50 later I arrived by taxi !!!

So I waited around for about 5 hours of paper work !!!

So I ask for extra fuel reason was half full in the fuel tank . Asking will you able to fill it up so I asked politely!

As the manager response was yes after you leave we will give you a coupon.
As I left I asked about the fuel as I left 5 minutes before . No we don't do that .

Really great helpfull staff. I live in Newcastle Yan Tan and the Hunter Holden team in Ryde Sydney made the purchase so easy. And really great to rectify any issues I may have had considering my distance away. I would highly recommend to anyone as I felt I really got great value for money with my purchase. Test drove the car and ordered it on Saturday and they delivered it by the next Friday. No bull crap and no nonsense service from John Riley and the Hunter Holden staff. Extremely satisfied with the car. Of course, it's still early days but if this is an indicator of future Hunter Holden dealings and service, then I will be a happy ongoing customer.
