Worst service dept ever. We wanted our 2003 jag looked at for problems. Were told it would cost $189 or thereabouts. On collection of the vehicle the bill was $880 for them having a look at it. The service dept guy said he would email me the findings. It then took two phone calls, a follow up visit to see the manager, a phone call from the manager and 10 days before I was emailed the document. This is unacceptable. I would never buy another jaguar as they make it impossible to look after them!
