Wouldnt order from them any more! False advertising! misleading ads! We recently ordered $500 "Sophie" scrub from this company. It took them 6-8 weeks to complete the order. It is all right. However, the scrub we got is very different from what was shown in the ad picture on their website. The feature of the scrub indicated "With shaping at the waist", but it is definitely not. It is very missleading photo and advertisement! The manager Carolyn Ryan emailed us: once tops have been embroidered there is no option for exchange or refund." Since then, the company hasn't responsed regarding their misleading advertising photo and wording! It is false advertising!
