Hunter Valley Produce Description
We started our garlic growing journey in 2014 on our property in the lower Hunter Valley. Located in Cedar Creek, near Wollombi, we specifically grow chemical free Monaro Purple garlic.
The Monaro Purple is an Australian cultivar. It's the perfect garlic to accompany any dish offering good rich flavours when raw and a milder & more nutty when roasted.
Each year we have continued to grow in size and as each season passes, we have continued to improve our practices whilst maintaining our principles of producing chemical free garlic. Only adding the minerals and nutrients as required and ensuring we have a minimum impact on the land for future generations.
The results amaze us and we are proud to supply you with chemical free garlic full of flavour.
