Customer service is good. We ordered ribs it was burned an %90 fat and no meat. They have provided us a new one upon request the second one was slightly better. You expect a bit of meat when you order a $52 dollar rib. When I left some feedback they advised me that's how a rib should be and also said it was burnt because it was charcoal. They also gave me a massive $10 discount from my total bill when I asked them if they are comfortable with charging the full bill and made it sound as if they were doing us a big favour. If you would like to leave the place with a taste of burnt fat in your mouth and a unbelievable discount it is the right place to end your day:)
