It was the third time we had been. Food was average. When came to payment for the group we asked how we could do it as we were all paying separately. They said no split bills however we could do 1 credit card payment and pay the rest in cash. Everyone went to pay and give them their cash and they wouldn’t accept it individually. We then asked the receptionist for change to split our notes up so we could have the exact amounts each to pay, to which she did... so if she’s happy to give us change why couldn’t she just take the cash payments from each of us? Clearly not wanting their payment that badly. But then again, your standards are pretty shit along with your customer service. Perhaps new management is needed? Going by other reviews, they seem to be doing a terrible job of management. We will not be returning. So disappointing.
