I am very concerned at the standard of care for elderly patients. My mother has been there and her treatment has been very very variable. Senior medical staff are rotated through the medical ward on short term placements so there is no continuity of care. One very caring and articulate doctor was replaced by another with a brusque manner. Only by complaining have I received updates of a kind about my very frail mother. She had a very serious fall but staff were internally conflicted as to its cause. Ward seems to be chronically understaffed yet dealing with multiple complex cases. Cannot recommend.

Worst experience few months ago.... the midwifes behavior was unacceptable for private hospital

Don't give birth at this hospital. The workers are negative, unprofessional and make excuses for talking 30mins to and hour wait. They usually run the maternity section on a skeleton staff with 8 patients and only 1 staff on the floor.

I'm a first time mum and they slander me during my cesarean and made me very upset and I lost 7.7 kg during my stay. They made my stay very difficult and threatened to call DOCS and my baby had to stay in the nursery when they thought suffered a medical condition.

With a good Obstetrician advocacy and another healthy worker I was given gate leave and outing before being transferred to another hospital. It was a very good friend's birthday and I told them I was going out and later called them that I was going to sleep over at my house. The next day I found out that I left my baby. I in another hospital and I have a good rapport with the workers and other patients. What the hell are they doing to my baby and family. Birth of any child Is suppose to be the happiest moment and they caused me to develop depression during my stay. Other patients also think they are rude, unprofessional and blunt and make excuses for not able to provide care to patients and baby. Please go to another private hospital. Go to St George private instead.

I transferred hospital and it is much better here.

Terrible experience. No communication between staff. Patient with Alzheimers was not fed when staff had been informed she required assistance to eat. Staff constantly passed the buck. Very disappointed would not admit an amimal to this so called private hospital.

Looks great from the recent renovations. Nicely furnished and great staff.

This hospital looks fabulous since the renovations. The rooms are comfortable, cosy and modern which makes your stay here more pleasant. Our family member was pleased with the meals and the variety of food provided. The nursing staff were extremely helpful and kind with their post operative care. An impressive hospital.

You poor thing Leesa. I had very different experience within my time there. My water jug which I went to refill had a dead cockroach in it (to which I was drinking) so I stopped drinking their water and had to buy bottles. When I first went to my room, the water jug and cups were left from the previous person. I onky found this out after i went to drink from the cup amd it smelt. My first few days was really good. The staff were mostly great and the food was amazing. Then the second half, the staff were horrible. They wouldnt even watch me wash my baby which was promised to me. I had no idea what I was doing and they told me to do it myself. They were taking forever for anything I needed and they seemed short staff. Such a shame because u pay for much money to stay here.
