Indie Tasting was fantastic as always, introducing the good people of Sydney to the 2018 harvest of Pure Cane.
We also got involved with Tiki Face Off 2018... daiquiris in coconuts anyone?? Photos of that night to come.

It was a pleasure showing Richard and Gayle Seale from @foursquare_rum_distillery around this week - they are doing great things for the rum category, educating people about #realrum.

Had a fantastic time yesterday showing global rum ambassador Ian Burrell around our distillery & farm. This man has a few stories to tell about rum!
Thanks to Bill & John from Re'al Syrups for bringing Ian out to Australia. Ian will be doing masterclasses in major cities while he's here as part of Bar Week - make sure you catch him.
