After being in the fitness industry for a combined total of over 3 decades, we have made many mistakes, had many a setback, explored many different training methodologies, and have in the process gained something invaluable ‚Äď EXPERIENCE

We are passionate about sharing this experience with you

In doing so we can deliver to you what we believe to be the most valuable tools from various domains of fitness in what is and will continue to be an ongoing training evolution of Hybrid Training

Whist there is never an end point with fundamentals there are rewards along the way. Ungluing the adductors and strengthening the glutes allows you to drive your hips open giving you more space to keep you spine vertical.
Keep working at improving your positions not just the weights (you might even find doing so improves your numbers anyway ūüĎć)

It's great to see so many people getting out there and exercising aiming to get fit and healthy, but the thing is‚Ķ most people are in it for the short term. ūüĎŹ
Why?
... Because people are being sold the idea that these short term results are possible ūüėź
Sure, if you go on a calorie deficit diet, starve yourself and train at least 15 times a week, you will see results‚Ķ. But this simply can't be maintainedūüĎé
We need to stop looking for shortcuts and start putting in the hard work necessary to maintain health and fitness for the long term if not the rest of your life! - because we all know #HARDWORKPAYSOFF ūü§ė
