I was a walk in appointment. It was busy so when advised by the very friendly receptionist that there'd be a 20 minute wait time I wasnt surprised. Less than 10 minutes later I was seen by DrJun. She was excellent in every way - asked all the right questions to identify the issue and within moments provided explanation of symptoms with options and treatment recommendations. Came away from there feeling so much better and 100% happy with care and attention provided.

Please don't go here unfortunately they rush you out and ask you questions that aren't helpful. If you have children be aware the only good thing is the people at the chemist. The reception people also don't acknowledge you until 5 minutes after standing in front of them. Really disappointed i am still very unwell.

You can book online here to save yourself waiting.
A touch disorganised when it comes to getting vaccines.
Depends on the doctors, some good, some average
Usually runs 5 - 10 mins behind your booking.
They do travel vaccines here as well

Some businesses just don't get the fact that they operate in the "Service Industry". For a start, if you make an appointment at this medical centre, be ready to wait at least 30 to 40 minutes past your scheduled time. The doctors, even early in the morning, can't seem to be able to be on time. In addition to that, I am wondering whether someone is in charge of the quality of service in this establishment. Doctors will call your name from far away, right back behind the reception area, far back in the corridor. It used to be different. Doctors there, used to walk up to the waiting area with a smile and call your name. Now, it looks like a massive ordeal, an excruciating task to have to call yet another patient. Everyone has a choice, right? As a patient / client, you're free to start going somewhere else. As a professional / practitioner, you're also free and encouraged to go work somewhere else if working in this establishment makes you so so unhappy... In any case, I suggest you do something your level of service. I've heard too many people complain, including myself.

Terrible experience. The doctors do not come in to the waiting room properly to announce who they are calling and you cannot see them behind a pillar, in the end they called another person with the same name as mine and I was left waiting over one hour after my appointed time (I was not a walk in patient). Also I went there because they had an x-ray and I knew I would need one. It didn't work, I had to go somewhere else. People were unhelpful generally and displayed no empathy. The doctor was only useful to tell me that my finger wasn't broken but left me very little indication to what to do in the future. I would not recommend.

4 plus stars for all the staff and doctor except for Jason in the front desk...

looking at the posts it seems like I am not the only one who feels Jason is very bad..

I went to this medical centre. I went to see DR. JUN ZHANG to get referral to go to he hospital as I was pragnant. She charged me $100 for the referral. This is my forth visited because on the third visited she not give me a referral. She said I have to contact with the hospital first and then come back to her and she will give me a referral. She just need to make money. Not recommend to anyone

Dr Natasha Beg is a very caring, knowledgeable, and thoughtful doctor. Dr Beg focuses on making an accurate and in-depth diagnosis, and takes her time with patients to address any questions or concerns in a way that resonates with the patient. Excellent bedside manner. Highly recommended.

This was the first and last time I will ever visit the clinic. I approached my doctor with a fairly common condition, she did not proceed to do a checkup but went onto google the condition and read out the instruction on google.

Then went no further and did not provide any other advice or solutions (beyond what I could have googled myself at home, which defeats the whole purpose of going to a doctor in the first place)

I then asked for a referral for an unrelated matter and asked if she knew any particular practitioners nearby. She then went onto google (again), pulled up a list of 10 nearby practitioners and started to read their google reviews one by one.

I came to the medical centre seeking professional advice, I left feeling more perplexed than when I entered. I could've easily googled all the answers in the comfort of my own home. I realised that years of medical school provided this person the ability to click a mouse and surf the web.

Are computers really the future?
