This is from my beautiful client Linda. I had my first session with Heather in December 2016, and I finished in March 2017. I had 4 sessions, one a month. While doing the therapy I noticed habits changing but not a lot of weight loss. In the following 6 months, my food habits changed, I no longer had fast food. I rarely had a chocolate or an ice cream. I went to the gym roughly 4 times a week. And I drank so much water, completely stopping g all soft drink.
I lost 30kgs in ...9 months. It never seemed hard work or that I was missing out on the things I wanted. I simply didn’t want the bad stuff so much. There were occasional treats, nobody wants to never have them again.
It is now 20months since I start hypnotherapy. In the last 8 months, I have roughly maintained my weight. My food habits are usually yummy healthy options. I have gotten a bit slack and not attended the gym in 8 months.
I went back to Heather this week for a top-up session. I want to help motivate myself back to the gym. I have decided a goal weight, 13kgs away. I hope to add another photo in 3 months 😊

I used Hypnosis 4u before my last medical exams. It's hard to know what works or doesn't work, but I passed my exams. I think it helped me to relax and I'm glad I went. I would (and have) recommended it
