In 2010 the 'I Love Nosh duo' Yong & Amanda the Epitome of the "Banana & Egg' Duo (and we're not talking about sandwich fillings) landed.
Yong with his Singaporean background and vast restaurant and catering experience has a love for careful cooking techniques and a flair for detail since his 'Bistrol lulu' days in Paddo. His food knowledge is beyond his years and he brings a glossy finish to the final product.
Amanda is all things fast and fresh and has a wealth of experience in catering, small and large soirees. As a mother of three in her past life she embraces food that is healthy, light and easy to eat. She delights in feeding hungry faces.
