I-MED Network is Australia’s largest medical imaging clinic network offering all scans and radiology services including X-ray, PET, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Mammography and Interventional Procedures.

The I-MED Network incorporates MIA Radiology, SouthernX Radiology, Central Queensland Medical Imaging, Bundaberg Medical Imaging, Regional Imaging, Connect Radiology, Ultrascan Radiology, Central Coast Radiology, Armidale Radiology and National Capital Diagnostic Imaging (NCDI). Across Australia I-MED Network operates 200 clinics, covering all major metropolitan areas and significant parts of rural and regional Australia.

Each year more than 4 million patient procedures are performed by our 300 radiologists, 50 nuclear medicine physicians, and 3, 900 staff. The Network encourages and facilitates sharing of clinical knowledge and expertise enabling complex cases to receive second opinions without delay. We use the most up-to-date radiology equipment and technology which allows us to store patient images indefinitely so that they can be accessed from any of our clinics across Australia. With the highest standard of radiologist expertise covering all subspecialties, we provide referrers and their patients with the confidence of consistently high quality results and an individual level of care.

The I-MED Radiology Network was formed in July 2000, and in October 2004 merged its medical imaging business with MIA Group Limited creating Australia's largest medical imaging network. Today, the I-MED Radiology Network is a privately owned company.

While we may be the largest medical imaging network in Australia, we strongly believe in local management which enables each of our local practice groups to deliver the most effective tailored health services to their local communities while drawing on the strength of our broader network.
