Ibis Budget Wentworthville

It's budget hotel but definately good. Rooms toilet etc very clean at affordable cost.

For what we paid it was a very solid room in a decent location with good amenities. Fairly close to a train station to take us in to the city, grocery store nearby for snacks and (most importantly) a Dan Murphy's just up the road. Room was clean and tidy, service was solid and overall was a very good experience.

Well priced staff were nice and the rooms were very clean

The staff at the reception was ok - not welcoming not rude - just neutral. He needed to change his stained shirt though. The floor in the hallways is all stained. I was checked in in a room that smelled urine. They put me to another room which was ok but the jug was dusty, sheets were dirty on one side, very old AC and the rest. I would NOT stay there again and can't recommend anyone to stay there.

The photos provided by the hotel DO NOT reflect the reality. On the photos the place looks new and clean BUT in reality it looks old and filthy.

I really don't know what I liked as the whole place was so very basic and dirty that I struggle to find anything that was more than just ok...

Good place to stay there. Current Staff are helpful than before.
Bit of problem my room key was faulty and I couldn't usr the electronic key at all and could get out of the room through out my stay this time.

Some of the rooms at the Ibis Budget Wentworthville are on the nearby roads and can be noisy but there are some rooms at aren't and are quiet.The service was great as the person who served me was friendly and helpful​. The rooms are small but as an overnight guess it is a cheap, convenient option.

Ok, it's definitely in the budget end of hotels. As long as you just want a bed, toilet & shower to yourself you'll be ok. Considering its on a very busy main road the noise from outside is hardly noticeable: very good double glazing and sound proofing. The bed was ok, pillows a little threadbare. The best bit was the customer service though. Extremely friendly and helpful hotel manager when I checked in and as I was leaving, early the following morning, he spotted me and remembered my name: to personally wish me safe travels. Now that's great customer service, which easily offsets the basic nature of the accommodation.

GREAT RATES BUDGRT HOTEL. Ideal for couples and short stays. Coin Laundry was good. But it's I'm between My and Great Western highway. So bot noisy always.

Good cheap hotel, clean rooms and friends staff, Aircon is good, only thing is the bathroom is tiny
