So we set about empowering the everyday online savvy customer to be able to reach out, be heard, and help shape the business processes, products and quality of service that holds both them and Australian business performance back. 

We have accomplished this by developing the iComplain platform. Our system provides a communication channel between businesses and their customers in a push to help capture vital customer feedback that can both assist businesses advance their service offerings and customers resolve their service issues.
