I was appalled when I asked for the promise price match for the Up and Go chocolate ice 12 pack selling for $14.30 at IGA toongabbie and $11.99 at Coles,Woolworths and Aldi.Manager tells me if he gave me the price match he wouldn't make any money from it.Mind you the price comparison on all their items to the other supermarkets are relatively high.I understand it is a franchise but for the manager to come out and tell me he wouldn't make any money out of me is quite disappointing despite the fact I shop here every week and spend $100. Not professional at all.

I love that I can get most of what I need when in a fix! It's little, but I'm surprised at the big range they have there. Staff are always friendly and helpful!!
