Iga Wahroonga

WORST customer service EVER !!!
My husband and I went to IGA Wahroonga around 5 pm, today. My husband greeted and said : “G’day” to the check out girl, who is supposed to greet customers, anyway she didn’t bother to respond back. What an attitude!!!
I gave the money to her and she said : “there you go!!!” (With the rude intonation in her voice). I said thank you and walked away. My husband and I were discussing how rude she was and how come IGA hires people who don’t have any manners.
I don’t think I will go to IGA Wahroonga ever again!!

They're convenient but a bit more expensive than the big two

Pretty clean. What you expect from an IGA. It was alright

Expensive, limited range and stuff can be pretty close to use-by dates. Staff very reluctant to serve and engage with customers - barely exchange a word! Makes for a depressing trip to the supermarket

Nice staff. Bit small and looking a bit outdated... clean and maintained though. Often can't find the things i want. Fresh food is pricey.

Handy little supermarket. Need to watch for out of date items. Ice cream can sometimes be a little dicey (like it has been thawed and refrozen) and items not on special are pretty pricey. Good staff and friendly service though.

Simple layout and easy to find what you are looking for. Range is limited but has enough to do a simple last minute shop
