Best prices in Sydney that I've found anyway of computer parts and a range of slightly odd and interesting bits and bytes, pun intended. 😉

I have read a few bad reviews and thought I needed to share my experience.

Ordered my motherboard Sunday night (one of the cheapest/best prices on the internet for my part) paid via DIRECT DEPOSIT around Monday lunchtime, parts arrived TUES.

Next day delivered, awesome. I am also 80km away!

As far as my experience goes, it was flawless. 10/10

Absolutely hopeless. Refuse to help with returning a faulty product. Avoid like the plague.

Prices are ok here, occasionally they have some good parts in stock. The ordering system isn’t bad either, you get notified of stock levels on the spot and usually quite accurate. As per usual with these types of PC parts businesses, customer service is sub par, but the prices reflect this. It’s like the soup nazi when picking up your stuff. Don’t expect a smile or any sort of emotional reaction. Collect your invoice and pay and move directly to the pickup counter! If you know what you want and can build your own rig you’re in the right place.

I've been a customer since July 2007.
They usually have the lowest prices, but generally match when they don't.

They can also get things that aren't on their online site if you ask.

I can confirm they leave a lot to be desired on the service front, but grant an efficient process of purchasing once you know the process!

Been buying from these guys since they were called Umart. Never had an issue.

Fast and efficient ordering and pickup. Happy to give advice on hardware.

Quick and efficient staff. Order before you go. Prices are quite good also.

Really disappointed with their warranty procedure. Tried to RMA a product only to be told there is a fee despite the product being under warranty. Management wasn't too helpful either. A search reveals this is fairly common practise at the store.

Also found the store unclean and disorganised.
