Our coffee is blended from selected quality imported beans then slow roasted to perfection using our unique, traditional wood roasting process. We are so particular about our roasting process, we even source the wood from selected regions around Australia to give a delightful, deep wood roasted taste. The distinct intense flavour and full-bodied aroma is evident. il espresso is committed to providing you with the freshest and highest quality wood roasted coffee which enhances the taste and aroma of the coffee for you to enjoy. il espresso roasts their own blends of coffee including our signature blend Plantation and other blends Pure, Smooth, Grandfather, Swiss Water Decaf and Organic. Our Organic blend is roasted in Sydney using beans from Mexico and has become increasingly popular over the last few years.
