Receptionist lady was extremely rude when i tried to call up to confirm what time i was. Snapped with a very short temper and ended up hanging up on me. Incredibly unprofessional and rude about a simple mistake.

I went for a bit more than a year to get a tattoo lasered off. The facility is very nice with knowledgable staff. The level of tattoo removal is variant depending on the nurse you get though as some will 'hit' the tattoo harder than others. The clinic though had a Q switch laser which has been surpassed in the market by PicoSure laser. It's the only reason I stopped going. My tattoo was taking too long. If they update I'd be back in a second.

I am happy with the treatment from the clinic although I have one complaint regarding over charging I recently experienced. My consultation was charged at the non pensioner rate.despite my pensioner details being up to date. At the time of treatment I queried the fee but was told I was wrong.
Later the office accepted there was error but there was no way a refund could be made the holiday period
