Illawarra Toyota - New And Used Sales

Took vehicle in for a full service got it back saying vehicle it fine .Then took car for a wheel alignment the next day but they couldn't do an alignment due to major play in front wheel. So took vehicle back to toyota to find out what the problem was, they then said rack and pinion was stuffed and not to drive the vehicle. This is very poor and could have resulted in an accident. Not happy at all

I have given a one as there is no lower score. This dealership has damaged my vehicle, admitted to damaging my car & refuse to fix it. I now have no option but to take this to fair trading to get my car repaired.
