At ImagineMORE Excellence Coaching we do a specific type of Life Coaching. You see, life is very, very broad and none of us are able to have every aspect of our life sorted perfectly and I don't think that we are meant to. Human beings are by nature dynamic and that's how it is meant to be. So our approach to Life Coaching is to encourage you to focus on key aspects of your life. We call this ‘Excellence Coaching'. Although you can focus on any aspect of your life, our key expertise are Peak Performance and Leadership coaching. These three mental processes we have mentioned are: - your patterns- the stories that you tell- the questions you ask. For this reason we have designed our coaching and training programs to focus on developing good, healthy, strong mental habits that successful people have. We pay attention to and refine the way you ask questions and monitor and support the way you craft your life script or life story. Focusing on these 3 things in combination support you to become masterful in whatever you are doing.
