Imaging Central uses the very best medical imaging technology and constantly updates equipment to remain a leader in diagnostic imaging. Our CT scanners perform high-resolution scans at lower radiation dose compared to the national standard reference levels. Low dose cardiac CT scans are performed on a daily basis at each clinic. CT and ultrasound guided interventional procedures are also available daily at each clinic by our specialist radiologists.
MRI scans are performed at Imaging Central Morley. The 48 channel 1. 5T MRI with extra wide bore and noise reduction is a winning solution for all types of MRI including cardiac, musculoskeletal, neurological, oncological, and vascular. There is a reduction in the rate of claustrophobia due to the wide bore and other comfort features. Sedation can be provided for people with severe claustrophobia.
