Referred a good mate of mine to Immigration Solutions Lawyers, when she got screwed over with her visa by the mining company she was working for. She was in a remote location (on site) working in their procurement department, and was going to be forced to leave the country and go back to the UK, which she didn't want to do. Due to the mine being in the middle of nowhere (like, literally) and the ridiculously long hours she was working, she asked me to act as the go-between to help get her visa sorted. Immigration Solutions came up first in Google so I called them. Not being a lawyer, I expected the obfuscation that surrounds visas and immigration generally to be overwhelming, but the lawyers at Immigration Solutions really helped explain the whole process in layman's terms, which allowed me to relay all the pertinent information, and get the ball rolling to keep her in the country.

Edit: And I'm pleased to say that the visa situation was successfully sorted out (woo-hoo!) and that Deb got to stay!

I have dealt with Immigration Solutions for 5 yrs now and finally been granted my permanent residence. They are cost effective and understand the complicated laws with all these new issues around the VISA applications. Not sure what Jamie's issues were but it does not sound like Anne in my experience.

I would not recommend this lawyer to people. They keep asking you for money and it went over the contract fee by 400%. The lawyer Ann always has reasons to push you for money. If you hesitate or don't have money then she threatens you. In the end she loses my case and I have to find someone better to represent me. Now she is here to sell her services online? What a joke. Buyers be aware.
