In Bloom

I went in there this afternoon to buy some flowers. The edges of the rose petals were already turning black and the flowers started drooping, but they were still charging $15 for 5 roses. Worst of all, the woman who works there is incredibly rude and unhelpful. I’ve been going there for many years now and their previous staff members were all very friendly and helpful, but it seems like this woman doesn’t want to be there…..

The girl who worked there doesn't care if people cut in front of the line and assisted them first although it was obvious who was there beforehand. Chaotic environment. The girl wasn't willing to assist me in finding some allergic friendly flowers and gave a look of annoyance and just left me alone to cater to another customer. Very unhelpful. Don't purchase from this florist unless you want slow and unhelpful service.
