Best customer service !!!!! Great fresh flowers easy service and quick delivery, Ordered flowers in the morning and by 2pm they were delivered.
Will only order my flowers from this shop you can speak to a real person and they can custom make to your needs, which is what Amanda did for me today and the flowers turned out amazing, Thank you !

So so so terrible service they did!
Not kindly, not friendly! Not nice！
So rude conversation, and they just put two bunches flowers together and told us…'u can make it in your home'…
Absolutely no! everyone know how gift looks like!
We were not satisfied with this bouquet since she just simply put two bunches together and warped, then we hope others can help to remake it.
However，the other sale lady just arguing and told that she don't wanna serve us, let us find other place...
Everyone can imagining how terrible service!!！

What a horrible experience 😢 So dissapointed that both ladies behind the counter had 0 customer service... I couldn't even finish saying what kind of flowers I wanted before one of them said white flowers are over there pick which bunches you want pointing... seriously? C'mon ladies poor effort!!! 😏

My husband ordered 12 roses($99) for Valentine's Day. It was supposed to get done by noon on the day. When we tried to pick it up at 2:40, we waited 20 minutes and they gave us 4 roses. Couldn't believe it. When we asked for get it fix, they agreed that that didn't not match what we ordered. After waiting another 20 minutes, we approached a guy and he said he would check it out. Again we were ignored, in the end they gave us 7 roses. The worst customer experience I had at hornsby Westfield. This is cheating and bullshit and the guy said he does not care if we are coming back or not. Honestly I still can't believe he gave us 7 roses afte all this drama.

Happy with Frank and all his staff. Very helpful. We always get our flowers here.

They have given me very good service for a long time.

Vivian's manner on the phone was horrible. I suggested to her I'd rather buy online so I can use Paypal but I said it's unfortunate that purchase method forces one to create a login (I don't care about order tracking) thus filling their database (I know you can turn off 'advertise to me as you see fit' but their database still has my information). This is why I was placing the order by phone.
Because of the way I had described which flowers I wanted she was utterly convinced I was looking at the Petal web site. I suggest she could ask me which web site I was looking at. She did not take the hint. She kept going on and on that Petals forces login creation to place an order. Eventually there was space for me to tell her I had only looked at inbloom web site. Then she said "as I said" and repeated all the irrelevant blah about Petals website.

She asked for my creditcard number. I gave part of it then I asked if she was writing it down or entering it directly into the machine. She said she was writing it down. I asked her to enter it directly into the machine which she did. I asked what happens to the pieces of paper with credicard detail written on them. She said they go to a store room for a while. I didn't even waste my breathe asking how secure this room is. I asked if she would shed the paper my partial cc detals were on. She said in this case she would. It clearly was not normal practice.
Assuming she doesn't change jobs to another florist I will never deal with her again.
