In Our Kitchen

In our kitchen has a team of three talented recipe writers, stylist and photographer with years of experience in the publishing industry .

We are three Sydney based food professionals with years of experience in the publishing, television and restaurant industry. Our skill set ranges from recipe developing, cooking for photo shoots, food styling and food photography shooting for magazines, publishers and advertiser clients.

Elle Vernon, chef, home economist and currently food editor of Better Homes and Gardens magazine, develops and cooks our recipes. Steph Souvlis, food editor and now food and props stylist, styles the creations. Andre Martin our lighting genius aka. photographer shoots all of our beautiful still images and videos.

In Our Kitchen was inspired from our combined passions and the desire to create our own beautiful images and easy mouth watering recipes for every occasion to share with everyone.

Food is the way to celebrate anything that matters.

The three of us love great food, great company, great chatter and great laughs- all of which are present at each and every one of our In Our Kitchen shoots.

Our work is available for purchase as single stock image or as an entire feature. Most commonly, we work on commission where we can work with you, your brand, and your product to provide the whole package tailor made to suit your specific needs from recipe development, food shoots, food styling, photography and videos.
