Ordered at 6:30, no food till 8:15 and hair in the meal. Got replacement meal and was bland with no flavour. Requested for money back due to hair and bad quality but given lecture on choosing a different steak if I wanted flavour. Manager offered drink/dessert due to inconvenience. Selected a dessert and after an hour left with no dessert being served.
