Indigo Journey provides:
* Coaching for parents with a fractured relationship with their LGBT + child
* Health & Wellness Coaching for LGBTIQA + people
* Professional supervision for social workers

Indigo Journey takes a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, understanding that emotional, psychological and physical health are all connected and impact each other.

We offer professional supervision, secondary consultation, education and training, counselling and Reiki. All available either face to face or via Skype, Zoom, phone or email (except Reiki, which is not available via email).

Indigo Journey appreciates the importance of family connections (both birth and chosen families). We have extensive experience working with LGBTIQA + people and their families, providing a unique opportunity for families to safely explore their experience and expand their knowledge and understanding, without judgement.
