Industrees Rock / Rope / Trees Description
You may have heard of us before or maybe not. We used to be known as “Totally Trees and Splicing” but changed our name because we feel that ‘Industrees’ is so much cooler and it allows us to expand into other Industrees that we are passionate about. We pride ourselves in providing the best equipment at the right price.
Industrees is owned and operated by Michael Kelly who is a self-confessed gear junkie and rope nerd. Michael has an addiction to all things tree, rock climbing, rope and working at heights related. If you to have a passion for these things then you’ve come to the right place and Industrees looks forward to working with you.
Michael is a qualified arborist, PPE inspector, stunt rigger, rope technician and splicer. He has been working as an arborist for the past 6 years. When he’s not working, he’s an avid rock climber, slack liner and zip line maker.
Totally Trees and Splicing was opened about 2 years ago after Michael decided he wanted to be a retailer of quality arboriculture gear as well to make equipment for arborists to use. Initially, Totally Trees and Splicing started out as a small side business while Michael was still working as a full time arborist. Over the next year and a half, business took off so Michael decided to resign from his full time job and become a contract climber to allow for more time to be put into the business.
