Shane & I created this personal training business. After training ourselves we decided to pass on our knowledge & skills to others.

After a number of years of struggling with weight & health issues we decided to do something positive about it. So we joined a gym & began weight training & eating healthier. This was not enough & craved more information. Shane & I are currently studying to become qualified personal trainers. Shelley has competed in 2 bodybuilding competitions, INBA Tropix in Townsville (September 2013) & the IFBB FitX in Melbourne (March 2014) both in the figure category. We want to provide people with the right information to improve their lifestyle, but we have also noticed that in regional places there is limited people providing information & training assistance to those wanting to improve their physique with a goal to stepping on the bodybuilding stage.
