Locked Out Of My Own Money
I was locked out of my accounts for no apparent reason. When I phoned the call centre I was told that the system monitors irregular activities on customer accounts. I explained that there was nothing indifferently I have done to have such an actioned placed on my account and demanded my account be reinstated. I was put on hold so many times there was no supervisor available on a normal working business day during business office hours. I was so goddam annoyed I could not even buy a loaf of bread or milk at Coles. I seriously will be closing all accounts totally unimpressed with the lack of service and the lame excuse that was given to me.
Went there today wanting to ask questions about my Living Super but was told have to do it on the phone. This will be a much better place if they can have someone there to deal with the super in person. I thought that was the purpose of this place.
I AM ABSOLUTLY DISCUSTED AND APPALLED AT ING LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT ONLY IS IT HARD TO GET A HUMAN BEING TO TALK TO WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM BUT THEY REALLY DONT CARE NOR DO THEY WANT TO HELP YOU RECTIFY THE SITUATION VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM
No Fee's no fee's and better interest rates than most banks. Saving $500 a year just on fees. Good App/ website also, easy to use.

I am a long term customer and have always enjoyed the service received.
Savings account interest rates keep going down - to just 2.8% today. After getting rid of the PayWave rebate last year I'm shopping around now to bank elsewhere.
Worst bank. Had to go to a police station to verify my ID and make a Bpay payment in the middle of the night because they don't have a branch.
It is the best you can get in the market at the moment for a Savings and Transaction account.

I read bottom line reviews said that rude customer service, I have no experience with that easy to make a call and wait just few minute answers with polite. I just opened an account with ING and it's easy to open an account online in just few minutes. I'll stick with ING for the long term.
The BEST ... A bank that is user friendly and saving me a fortune in fees. I LOVE ING my only regret is that I did not join earlier
I have only had truly fantastic experiences with ING! I get the best interest rate on my savings account, get free atm withdrawals from any atm, receive nice bonuses when I use paypass, can transfer money between my accounts and to others super easily, receive super fast responses to messages I send them and have been treated so nicely by their call centre staff as well, when I've had a reason to talk to them. It is SOOOO easy to deal with them, set up new accounts, receive great customer support using various channels that I can't recommend them enough, and I do, all the time! I'm Swedish and have bank accounts in Sweden, Indonesia (I'm half Indonesian) and Australia and have had accounts in three different banks since I moved to Australia, and this is by far the best bank I have ever had!!!! I thought it might be troublesome to use a bank that didn't have physical offices to visit but they have proven me wrong!
