Hi Everyone, an outage has affected the New Payments Platform (NPP), so we have removed the option to send a transfer via PayID for now. While the issue has now been resolved there is quite a backlog of transfers that need to be processed which is delaying clearance. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this is causing.
