Horrible reception service!!!! Came to see a doctor on 29th oct sunday and the receptionist didn't even bother to loook or welcome. She was having some personal conversation with another colleague. She was rude and her approach was not welcoming.

Lousy wait times, lousy reception, lousy doctors. Almost died after prescribing me the wrong medicine!

Two sets of reception desks. Downstairs are great, upstairs (radiology) not so much. One girl was great and would cooperate to help the situation. The other (dark blonde with glasses) was for no good reason unwilling to help my situation (which only involved sending a fax which takes 10 minutes in order for me to get a ct scan). Was rude about it, and generally unapproachable. Would recommend speaking to anyone but her.

Wait time is usually not too long since they have a lot of doctors. Everyone are very nice. No complaint so far.

Been a regular at this Medical Centre for over 2 years. The reception staff are lovely if a bit under pressure at times. Usually I see the same doctor but on rare occasions have seen others and all have been Professional and caring in their manner and treatment.

I had a specialist appointment booked for 2:20pm today, but as I had to arrange the doctor's visit with my work, I took my lunch break 2 hours late to try and not miss too much of my usual work hours. As I was aware there would most likely be a wait, I called the specialist receptionist upstairs to ask if there was going to be a wait even though I had an appointment, I was kept on hold for 12 minutes(!), after which I gave up and decided to turn up at the appointed time. Once I booked in at upstairs reception, I mentioned that I had called ahead but was kept on hold, and asked again if there was going to be a long wait period, as I had to return to work after the appointment. I was told that there was still 3 people in front of me and they didn't know how long the wait would be. So I decided to wait. 80 minutes(!!!) after my appointment, I was still sitting in waiting area and went to the reception again, asking how much longer it would be. I was told that the doctor had just left for his lunch break and that they didn't know when he wuld return,...and that there was still one more patient in front of me. I had made clear multiple times prior that I did have time constraints, and that a doctor just leaves when he has people obviously waiting for him is absolutely ridiculous! Due to the already late time, I told them in arather frustrated manner to cancel the appointment. I now have 2 hours of UNPAID LEAVE to make up at work! I am so frustrated with this bad service, that I have now decided to take my entire family to a different medical centre for GP stuff and will get a new referal to a specialist NOT working at this location. I have been with this Medical Centre for years, and whilst I hardly ever had bad experience in the GP area downstairs or with the dentist upstairs, the treatment today has angered me enough to no longer visit Ingleburn Medical Centre in general.
