Inner Balance Acupuncture Description
I have been in the health care industry for 16 years starting out as Remedial Massage therapist then going on to Study TCM in both Australia and Huang Zhou, China.
Since graduating in 2007 I have had the opportunity to work alongside many great professionals on the central coast and now enjoy working in East Gosford with several great Acupuncturist's, Massage Therapists and stretch / yoga teachers.
I treat a wide variety of health complaints from the common muscular skeletal problems through to stress / anxiety, digestive problems, insomnia, persistent headaches, blood pressure and more.
It was in my final year of study that I was privileged to witness and assist in the birth of a dear friends baby ( in fact she was a fellow student who's waters broke during our final gynaecology exam. . yes that is true: )) It was this experience that showed me the raw and pure magic of women hood. I knew then that focusing on all aspects of women's health was what I wanted to do.
I see many women in my practise and treat wide variety of women's health issues from irregular or painful cycles to preconception care, fertility, pregnancy related issues, pre-birth acupuncture, inductions and post partum care and onto menopause related complaints. I get a lot of joy from working with these issues and seeing wonderful results. . . . such as babies. . . . healthy babies : -)
