Inner Flow Yoga Description
Hi my name is Adelie, originally from France, I've been practicing yoga for few years now and it has had such a profound and positive impact on my life that it is for this reason that I became a qualified Hatha and Yin Yoga Teacher.
My aim is to share the amazing healing properties of yoga with all my current and future students by helping them to connect deeply with their breath, body and heart.
