ABOUT INNUTRIO
Innutrio means "to nourish", but in today’s society, most people have forgotten how important this is. We are surrounded by nutrient poor foods, health-wrecking stimulants and misleading information. innutrio aims to educate and help people nourish their body and reach their goal with the help of the food they eat.
Innutrio was founded by Inger Ohlsson in July 2012. Inger has a Bachelor of Science majoring in Nutrition from Stockholm University in Sweden.
She has further explored her passion for exercise and physical activity with a Master’s Degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Sydney, as well as Certificate III and IV in Fitness.
Her interest in nutrition developed from her family history of obesity and associated chronic diseases such as diabetes, cancer and stroke. She is determined to promote healthy eating habits and physical activity to address some of the most common diseases in today’s society and is extremely motivated to inspire people achieve a healthier lifestyle and improved quality of life.
