Inspire Me Cake Art

What started out as the need to make allergy friendly cakes for my family has evolved into the love of cake sculpture and "giving back" to my community!

We found out my son was at risk of anaphylaxis to all nuts at age 2. I very quickly had to learn how to cook cakes. From a negative came a positive, I learnt I loved cake decorating!

I have been creating allergy friendly cakes: nuts (son's allergy), gluten and dairy (hubby's tolerances), and egg (nephew allergy when visiting).

I've found a passion for bringing love, joy as well as safety to my family and friends and now a passion for cake sculpture and giving back to my community.
