Instyle Furniture Collections (Permanently Closed)

Firstly the only reason I put 1 star is because I can't post a review with zero stars! Single worst company I have ever dealt with! Ordered a 2.1m buffet in October 2015 quoted 14 weeks delivery. I had to keep calling to chase up and after 6 months was eventually told they couldn't get it because that size timber was too hard to get. Then ordered a 1.8m buffet I was told it was definitely available from their supplier. Then I call after 12 weeks to just make sure it's on track and guess what they can't supply again!! This time it's because that color timber is too hard to get. Poorest customer service I have ever had. Worst part is I have to be the one airways calling they never even have the decency to call me and advise there is a problem. Yeah the furniture is cheap but easy to be cheap when you never actually supply!!! DO NOT EVER ATTEMPT TO BUY FURNITURE FROM THIS USELESS ORGANISATION!!!

I ordered a chest of drawers from this company in July 2013. Have still not received it in May 2014 and they will not refund my deposit. They just keep saying they have no way to tell when it will come in.
