Would rate zero if I could. Every day I'm called by telemarketers asking if I've heard of them. Seriously, go jump. This is not welcomed and will make me actively avoid your company.

Stop calling us. 2 numbers to block are (02) 8417 8006 and (02) 8417 6082. Blah blah blah yes tell me to fill out your online forms to have us removed from your list. The fact is the person you keep calling has recently passed away and the least you could do is have that person removed from your list as first requested to do so, instead of keeping his number on your list. You should be ashamed and I am happy to see your company's ranking plummet . He does not need your life insurance if he is already dead. I hope your phone system catches on fire you horrible thoughtless people.

Forceful telemarketers consistently calling me and somehow have access to all of my personal information. Extremely unimpressed when they keep calling me after I have asked them not to.

I'm on the Do Not Call register, yet this company continues to harass with regular unsolicited telemarketing calls (they've been reported). The telemarketers are rude and pushy.

SCAM!
We have a newly activated phone number, only 2 days old, it's never given to anyone. I get call from this company selling insurance for life and income, the most dodged insurance policies in the world. The lady on the phone said they got the number from White Pages, public registries and randomly generated phone numbers. RANDOMLY dialing phone numbers.

If you ever receive a call when it hangs up automatically after your saying Hello or Hi etc... your number gets recorded as a real person whom then you are later called for marketing/scamming purposes. These include fake ATO, AGL, Telstra, Technical Support... you name it, all one pot.

Unsolicited calls!!!! Called me in the morning and i said not interested, then another operator calls me again in the afternoon. Do not call me again, i am not interested in any of your services, never will. And i am not filling out any stupid form to get my number off your list, where did you even get my number anyway.

I've been with Insuranceline for 4 months so far. They've been helpful with all my questions and have been easy to deal with. I would recommend them.

Unsolicited phone calls! After repeatedly saying I have all my insurance needs covered (income protection, life insurance and have no need for funeral insurance) he repeatedly tried to get me to give him my personal details and explain the products. I said up to five times that I am not interested and tried to be polite but cold calling someone and then not respecting their wishes to politely end the phone call is not on. If someone says I am sorry I have all the insurance I need I am not interested you should end the conversation not keep going!

My mother had taken out income insurance a couple of years ago and due to illness had found herself unable to work this year. Her interaction with Insuranceline was helpful and really lifted her spirits after such a hard time. She can now choose to work if she wants to, but if she is unable, she can live comfortably and stress free until she recovers her health. Thanks to Insuranceline who made a difficult time for her a lot easier.

This is a very dodgy agent and organisation. They purchase your personal information from dodgy suppliers and have all information about you such as your birth date, address and full name. This is another level of spamming, whereby they make contact without any consent. My advice, avoid at all cost. If you want to buy insurance, you don't need to go through these middle men. More so if they're up to dodgy operations. Piss off..

The man (can't remember his name) who helped me with the funeral insurance claim I had to make for my late mother was very helpful and thoughtful (I even received a bunch of flowers a few days later). Couldn't thank Insuranceline enough for everything they've done to help me and my family xx

Received a call today out of the blue! Never ever registered with them ever! The caller started by asking me what insurance is most important out of 3 options to be courteous I said income protection. The sales agent went on rambling without giving me a chance to speak. I then said sorry I am not I tested and then again he went on to repeat the same thing! Then even went on to confirm my phone number to receive an obligation free call. I then said I am really not interested and then what he did really baffles me...he said have you ever had to arrange for funeral insurance! Felt like cursing him. What horrible sales.
To the owner and trainer of this organisation. Please invest in some proper training and especially sensitivity training for your call centre. Obviously they are lacking in this.
