Our original organisation the Australian Psychics Association (APA), began in 1983 as a public relations organisation for psychics.

In July 2013, we have officially upgraded from the APA to the IPA.

Members of the IPA are required to submit the legal documents (four statutory declaration forms) to the IPA head office when they join. It reassures the public that they will give their readings in a professional manner, according to the Code of Ethics as stated on our web site.

The annual Psychic of the Year Awards acknowledges the outstanding among extraordinary group of people. Awards go to those to spotlight those who deserved recognition for their accurate and caring nature as they went about their business of being spiritual and psychic.

The International Psychics Directory (Australian Edition) is also another majour project published annually by IPA and Metier Media.
