Rachael O’Donnell is an experienced Senior Psychologist
with 15 years’ experience in Child and Family Psychology. She has worked in the Child Protection system as a Senior Psychologist and Psychologist Team Leader for the past 15 years and specialises in therapy and assessments with children, adolescents and families.

Rachael specialises in child development, trauma and attachment. She is committed to helping families understand childhood trauma and attachment difficulties and uses a range of evidence based therapeutic interventions including Reparative Parenting, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Positive Behaviour Support and Narrative Therapy.

Rachael also has extensive experience in working with adults experiencing depression, anxiety and other psychological issues that impact on a person’s functioning and impair daily life.

Rachael is an accredited WorkCover Psychologist and has experience in working with people who have experienced psychological injury in the workplace. She is also an associate member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
