I am a customer service consultant with over 25 years in customer service management, with 15 years exposure to the plumbing /electrical /HVAC industry. I started my business, InTouch Solutions, as a way to provide customer service training and monitoring to trades businesses. From the clients I have worked with I have noticed they sometimes have a difficult time finding people with great customer skills. It's an absolute passion of mine and I have a soft spot for the trades industry. My focus is to provide administrative support to the small /medium trades (1-10 truck businesses) this partnership can help owners work ON their business versus IN their business. We offer CSR training /education, call monitoring(with detailed reporting), outbound calls, collections, quote follow up, happy calls, basic brand management(FB posts, reviews, etc) and email campaigns.
