Inverell Heavy Vehicle Training

A family owned business that offers training and assessment for truck licences from light rigid (LR) to heavy combination (HC). We have vehicles available, or subject to requirements, we can use yours.

Inverell Heavy Vehicle Training is a small family operated business. We offer training for those wishing to obtain a truck licence or to upgrade their current truck licence.
We operate under the competency based assessment system which was set up by the Roads and Maritime service and allows for instruction and assessment. Upon completing the course you are issued a Nationally Recognised Certificate of Completion which you take to the RMS and they upgrade your licence accordingly.

Before you can start training you need to go to the RMS and complete the appropriate knowledge test and request a HVCBA Learners Log Book and Heavy Vehicle Guide Book. Once you have passed the knowledge test and have the log book, we can start training. There is no RMS driving test.

We have vehicles available or you can learn in yours.
